About the works : The silence of geometry, the solace of beauty –
In silence there is no sound and we hear our inner voice! In the darkness there is no light but we see with inner eyes!!
It is this silent inner space hidden in my creative mind. This is not the ominous silence of geometry – this is the celebration of sensuousness, the solace of beauty!
The blend of forms and colours dance with the rhythm of bold lines based on cosmic architectural elements –that reflects positive energy which is derived from cosmic energy.
The subject is very simple but made interesting with continuous rhythm in the form of horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines .The latter suggests a playful lightness without creating any aesthetic hazards in the entire structure. The plasticity remains dominant exposing itself to the presence of light in the diversity of the rhythmical.
Thinking of a formlessness within the form, which in flat surfaces of colours offer the strong powerful energy of some true emotions of colours and sometimes the vehicle of thoughts often unmixed ,raw and very vibrant . It is that vibrancy which my canvases respond to !
While working & exploring often I find a new form on the canvases featuring tension from the clashing or harmonizing the central value of the entire composition which often enclose with new composition .I do allow all new forms which come spontaneously and these make better understanding of the composition.
The presence and absence of light play a key role on my canvases and give some interesting geometric forms. The exploration of these kind of forms with thick and thin lines , walls, pillars or stairs even with curves give us nuances in colours and forms so that we get a different moods within a character.
Most of my canvases are diptych or triptych. Sometimes I like to dismantle the architecture then create some other relationships within it. The totality of the composition with the colourful articulations of diptych, triptych or even single format presents nevertheless a new appearance. Again the inventive elements of the artistic acts rest in the variation. I have worked intensively on space choreography keeping in mind the equilibrium of graphic arrangements as well as geometric shapes with the help of my own colour palette. Often my colours are complementary like a complementary relationship!
